These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, programs, coaching services, digital content, and resources offered by Hello Grace, LLC, doing business as Hello Grace (“Hello Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Grace Reset.
By accessing this website, purchasing a program or service, or participating in coaching offered by Hello Grace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Coaching Relationship
Hello Grace provides faith-based life coaching, educational content, biblical encouragement, and personal development resources.
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support reflection, clarity, personal growth, decision-making, and intentional action. Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or treatment for any mental or physical health condition.
Your purchase of Grace Reset or another Hello Grace coaching service establishes a coaching relationship only for the scope and duration of the service purchased.
Not Medical or Mental Health Care
Hello Grace and its coaching services are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should seek guidance from an appropriately licensed professional.
If you are experiencing an emergency, are in immediate danger, or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Faith-Based Nature of Coaching
Hello Grace is a Christian faith-based coaching practice. Grace Reset and other Hello Grace offerings may incorporate Scripture, prayerful reflection, biblical principles, and discussion of faith.
These elements are intended for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement and are not a substitute for professional pastoral, theological, medical, or mental health care.
Grace Reset
Grace Reset is an 8-week, call-free coaching experience delivered through a private online coaching platform.
Participants receive weekly coaching reflections and may communicate with the certified coach through the private coaching space using available text, audio, or video messaging features.
Grace Reset does not include scheduled live coaching sessions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Grace Reset is a fixed-term program and does not automatically renew unless a future offer expressly states otherwise.
Client Responsibility
Coaching requires your active participation and personal judgment. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, choices, health, relationships, finances, career, and other circumstances.
You understand that coaching may encourage you to consider new perspectives or possible actions, but all decisions about whether and how to act remain yours.
No Guarantee of Results
Hello Grace does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, professional, financial, relational, health, or other outcome from participation in coaching or use of its materials.
Testimonials and client experiences represent individual experiences and are not promises that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Confidentiality and Online Communication
Hello Grace will use reasonable care to respect the privacy of information shared within the coaching relationship. However, no electronic communication system or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Hello Grace uses third-party services to operate portions of its business and coaching experience. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and privacy practices.
You agree not to share login credentials or permit another person to access your private coaching space on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original Hello Grace content, including coaching materials, written reflections, worksheets, exercises, videos, audio content, graphics, downloads, program frameworks, and Grace Reset materials, is owned by or licensed to Hello Grace.
Your purchase provides you with a limited license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, taught, shared, modified for commercial purposes, or used to create another program or product without prior written permission from Hello Grace.
Respectful Participation
Hello Grace reserves the right to discontinue a coaching relationship when a client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward the coach, team members, or others associated with the service.
Any refund, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with the Refund Policy below and applicable law.
Website Information
Information provided on the Hello Grace website, social media accounts, emails, downloads, and other public content is for general educational and informational purposes.
Viewing this content, joining an email list, submitting a contact form, or following Hello Grace on social media does not by itself establish a coaching relationship.
Third-Party Services and Links
Hello Grace may use or link to third-party websites, payment processors, coaching platforms, or other resources. Hello Grace does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or practices of independent third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Grace and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from use of this website, participation in coaching, use of program materials, or reliance upon information provided through Hello Grace.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
