Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to coaching programs and services purchased from Hello Grace, LLC (“Hello Grace”), including Grace Reset.
Because Grace Reset includes immediate access to proprietary digital materials and reserves coaching capacity for an 8-week period, enrollment is a commitment by both the client and Hello Grace.
Before Grace Reset Begins
If you purchase Grace Reset and believe you enrolled in error or experience an issue accessing the program, contact admin@hellograceco.com promptly.
Refund requests submitted before accessing your private coaching space or receiving program materials will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
After Access Begins
Once you have accepted your invitation to the private coaching space and Grace Reset materials have been made available to you, payments are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Choosing not to participate, falling behind, failing to access the coaching platform, or deciding not to complete the program does not ordinarily entitle a client to a refund.
Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full program price, not purchasing separate monthly portions of Grace Reset.
Ending participation in the program does not automatically cancel remaining installment payments, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing by Hello Grace.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your coaching space, contact admin@hellograceco.com so we can assist you. A temporary technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund when Hello Grace is reasonably able to restore or provide access.
Cancellation by Hello Grace
If Hello Grace is unable to provide a material portion of the coaching service you purchased, Hello Grace may provide an appropriate replacement, credit, extension, or refund for the affected portion, as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
No Automatic Renewal
Grace Reset is currently an 8-week fixed-term coaching program and does not automatically renew. You will not be charged for another Grace Reset term unless you affirmatively purchase or agree to another offering.
